very very clean on almost every aspect of the whole place! Location is superb!!! Sunlight from the windows in the morning was amazing too! Must go hostel in Roma!
If possible, I hope the water Cattle to be cleaner, it has lots of 'mud-like' dirt inside.

It has a centre area for everyone to use which includes of a microwave, kettle for hot water, coffee maker. Generally not bad. The staff is quite good, my train arrives at Rome at 8:15 pm and there is guy waiting for me at the 4th floor for us. I leaved a message telling them that my girlfriend is having skin allergy and asked for a clean refurbished room... The message was passed on to the hotelier and they did mentioned it during my checking at 8:30pm
The kettle is not boiling hot so I cannot have a very hot coffee...

It's not a hotel but it's better that a lot of them... It seem that you are in an apartement, you have everything that you need, it's all so clean, and you are only 100m from the principal station, so the location it's very good. I definitly recommended.
Only the noise of the electrical that pass in front, but you can suport it.

The location of the hotel is very good. The traveller can go on foot from termini station to the hotel. It is also next to the city center. The design of the hotel is very good with nice bathroom. It is mostly recommended for young people. The people at the reception are very polite and willing to help.
There is a small breakfast included in the price but be careful of the expiration dates of the products. There is a laptop with internet connection inside the room, but maybe is not functioning properly. Also you might get a smell from the wc. When the tram passes you can feel it inside the room and you are situated on the 4th floor.

Great location, yet quiet. Modern design. Could easily walk from Roma Termini with luggage.
Small room, hard bed and pillows. Had a hydrotherapy bathtub, but hot water ran out at night. Only one chair and small desk space. No room to sit and read. No English-language channels on TV. Many non-premium channels were dark. Reception staffed only 9-5.

The recently renovated rooms with stylish modern design were impressive. The attention to detail was evident with ceiling-mounted showers and excellent facilities like a computer in the room with high-speed internet. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. And the breakfast, with freshly made coffee included, was a great way to start the day.
All was fantastic during my stay at this hotel.

we took 2 rooms appt (4 people) on the 1st floow. It was comfortable for a family with 1 y.o. baby & friends. A lit bit noisy as trams pass by. Ear plugs always safe situation :) To termini station 7-10 min on foot, very close to everything. Around there are a lot of restaurants.

The hotel is conveniently located near public transportation and key tourist sites. the rooms are modern and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and great amenities such as free Wi-Fi and satellite TV. One of the best aspects is the friendly and attentive staff, who offered helpful tips and recommendations on things to do and places to eat.
The hotel is located on a busy street, which can be noisy at times. the breakfast selection is limited and could use more variety.

This is a little hard to find due to the numbering on the streets not being clear. Is is a great location for Rome tourism.
